Remember watching Milo and Otis?
Remember the birth scene?

Poor kid.  This is how I found him.

What a group! What an event!
Super day at the lake fishing with the boys.
Chase spent his time complimenting Dwayne, our professional guide, on his casting ability.
And, Nathan wanted to go fast.  And boy did we go fast.

It looks like we are standing in front of a back drop.  But, it is real.

When I grow up I want to be a writer.
Or, should I say author?
Although grammar is not my forte.
I had a great time though at ORACON.
Now I just need to learn to tweet and use hash tags...
Thanks Q for sitting with me.

Open House!
So excited to show me their classroom.  Nathan even mustered up the courage to go to school out of routine.  He struggled, but let me spend some time in being a proud mom.

So do I let Venom feel accomplished that he got himself ready for bed?
Or should I just feel duped?
Truthfully I don't even know where he found this costume.

No fancy tails on the end of my letters if I want to increase the attraction and cut the distraction for Nathan as he learns how to read.
Just one of the things I learned from Natalie Hale of Special Reads for Special Needs today with the Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks.  What a great seminar DSGO put on.  I am really excited to take what I learned today and work at helping Nathan to be able to read again.  Natalie's website includes much of what she taught today.  She does sell kits, but she gives the information away for free.  She even made us practice making our own books.  She wants all of our children to read.  Great techniques for non-verbal children too.
"Meet their need and they will read!"

Night of Miracles.
First the boys attended the very first local session of the  Miracle Project.
I can't wait to see where this journey takes us.  The boys have spent their young lives watching their sisters perform.
Now it is their turn to learn and love.  And, love to learn.
Then off to the Miracle Field to play a little ball.  They kicked off this season with a bang!
I have videos to prove it!!! (Thanks to Samantha.)

Nathan's latest bedtime ritual brings such peace to our home and makes my heart glad...
Good night my son.

Just when you thought it was safe to go outside.
Our dogs were braver than they ought to have been.  Good thing they were behind the door.
He was a lot bigger than they realized.

Adyson turns 4!
At her one in a minion party.

Last day at the pool??
We made the most of it, if it is to be our last.

What a clown.

Are you watching?

If not I encourage you to take a moment.
One long enough to donate.
